Adult size is a 21� circumference! 

When ordering a set - Please specify in the �Notes� when purchasing, which combination you would like. 

If you choose CUSTOM SIZE please measure your head circumference to the nearest half inch then write that in the �Note to Seller� section at the bottom of the listing when ordering.
